Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) is among the country’s largest privately owned mortgage banking firms. The company is hiring motivated Jr. Processors to support its Retail team as loan volume continues to grow. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced group and receive direct mentoring for professional development.

Role Summary

The Jr. Processor will support day-to-day mortgage loan processing activities and help ensure files are handled in line with company policies and procedures. The position focuses on building accurate loan files, coordinating required documentation, and keeping the process moving efficiently from application through closing.

Key Duties

• Collect, verify, enter, and update mortgage application information.
• Review residential loan files to confirm all required information is complete and meets company standards, including borrower credit, assets, liabilities, employment history, and loan amount/type.
• Run AUS once the application data has been checked and confirmed against guidelines.
• Order verifications for income, assets, credit, and liabilities to confirm the accuracy of application details.
• Prepare and generate loan application documents and borrower disclosures.
• Coordinate title work, insurance, condo documents, appraisals, and other property-related requirements tied to the loan.
• Track outstanding items and follow up promptly on title, insurance, appraisal, borrower conditions, and similar requirements.
• Escalate any inconsistencies in loan documents or ordered items to the supervisor and/or Loan Originator.
• Use the required underwriting and closing checklists.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Processor, Lead Processor, or Branch Manager.

Experience and Support Structure

The Jr. Processor will be paired with an experienced Processor and mentored by the Branch Manager to support learning and growth in the role.

Education

A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.

Travel

No travel is required for this position.

Compensation

The role is paid at USD 20.00 to USD 21.00 per hour.
