Role overview
This inside sales role is focused on speaking with users who have already downloaded MediBuddy, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right healthcare solutions. The position requires a strong phone-based sales approach, consistent follow-up, and the ability to convert conversations into qualified leads while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Speak with approximately 100 customers every day over the phone.
- Follow up with interested users and convert conversations into leads.
- Use a prepared script to explain relevant specialty information and positively influence customer decisions.
- Keep every call aligned with the company’s processes, quality standards, and call procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints quickly to improve satisfaction.
- Work toward sales goals as well as talk-time targets.
Working pattern
This is a 6-day workweek role with rotational weekly offs.
Compensation
The compensation structure includes a fixed annual salary of INR 4.5 LPA, along with performance-linked incentives of up to INR 2.5 LPA, depending on target achievement. The total annual pay mentioned is INR 7,00,000.
Eligibility
Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience and must be open to an immediate start. Applicants should also be comfortable working on-site in Bangalore.
Other requirements
- Prior exposure to inside sales, telesales, outbound sales, or voice-based customer support is preferred.
- At least 1 year of professional experience is required.
- A graduation degree is expected.
- Strong communication ability in both English and Hindi is important.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills are needed.
