About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship provides hands-on experience in human resources functions at an international logistics company operating across more than 50 countries. The intern will support recruitment and onboarding processes while gaining exposure to HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates via multiple job portals and platforms.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening interviews.
- Arrange and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain comprehensive candidate records and recruitment tracking systems.
- Create and publish job advertisements.
- Liaise continuously with applicants through all hiring stages.
- Assist with onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Provide support for general HR and administrative duties as needed.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants should be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between August 7 and September 11, 2026.
- The internship duration is six months.
- Candidates must possess relevant HR interests and skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between INR 8,000 and 15,000.

Additional Information
- A successful internship conversion may lead to a full-time salary between INR 300,000 and 330,000 per annum.
