Role Overview
Sahan Res Net is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead core people operations and shape the organization’s workforce strategy. This mid-level to senior management position focuses on strengthening recruitment, employee relations, performance systems, compliance, and organizational growth while helping build a positive, productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out HR policies, processes, and practices that support business priorities.
- Run the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and selection through onboarding.
- Handle employee relations matters such as disputes, corrective actions, and workplace concerns.
- Manage performance processes, including reviews, KPIs, and development planning.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll-related activities, and recognition programs.
- Maintain adherence to labor laws, employment rules, and internal company standards.
- Lead initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and broader organizational development efforts.
- Review HR data and metrics to help leadership make informed decisions.
- Oversee learning and development programs that build employee capability.
- Administer HR technologies such as HRIS, ATS, and other digital HR platforms.
- Work closely with senior leaders to align people initiatives with company goals.
Requirements
- Hands-on background in HR management, HR generalist work, or HR business partnering.
- Solid understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience using HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems is a plus.
- Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field is preferred.
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are considered an advantage.
