नौकरी का विवरण
Role overview
An international alternative investment manager is hiring an Executive Assistant for its London office to support the Fundamental Investment team. This role is centered on fast-paced executive administration, with a strong emphasis on diary ownership, arranging large volumes of meetings, and keeping team coordination running smoothly.
In addition to core EA support, the position also contributes to corporate access and investor engagement activities. That includes arranging meetings with company leadership, helping organise roadshows, and coordinating attendance at conferences. The role offers close exposure to financial markets and suits someone who enjoys working near the action in a highly operational support capacity.
The team is looking for someone who can stay ahead of needs, manage priorities intelligently, and handle a demanding environment with precision and calm. This is a collaborative position within a high-performing investment setting, with strong involvement in the team’s day-to-day work.
Role expectations
The assistant will need to provide highly organised support, maintain momentum across multiple priorities, and work confidently with a variety of stakeholders. The successful candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable stepping in wherever support is needed.
Work environment
This is a five-day in-office role in London, with some flexibility occasionally available. The employer is seeking someone fully committed to supporting the team and who finds motivation in helping others succeed.
Ideal fit
This opportunity is well suited to someone with a background in administrative or executive assistant work, ideally with exposure to alternative investments, corporate access, or fund management. Candidates from similarly demanding environments will also be considered, provided they have a strong interest in financial markets, an inquisitive mindset, and excellent communication skills.
The preferred candidate will bring a collaborative approach, a positive attitude, and a low-ego mindset, along with the confidence to support multiple stakeholders and contribute to the wider team when required.
Additional information
This is a strong opportunity for someone who values high-quality support work and wants to build experience in a dynamic investment environment.
