Role Overview

This position is for a high-impact Executive Assistant who will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and the senior executive assistant. The role is intended to protect leadership time, keep priorities moving, and remove operational blockers across the business. Success in this position requires strong organization, adaptability, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in important leadership meetings, capture decisions, turn them into clear action items, and keep follow-ups moving so work does not lose momentum.
  • Handle demanding, fast-changing calendars for the executive team and optimize scheduling around priority work.
  • Work with senior leaders to track performance metrics, prepare for business reviews and executive meetings, and improve communication flow across the company.
  • Create, refine, and finalize high-stakes presentations and briefing documents for board meetings, investor-related work, and strategic partnerships.
  • Own special projects and research tasks that span multiple departments.
  • Arrange complex international travel and coordinate high-visibility events such as executive offsites, board sessions, and departmental sync weeks.
  • Oversee expenses, reimbursements, and administrative tasks with HR and Finance to support smooth operations for both office-based and remote work.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite leadership in a fast-growing technology company.
  • A strategic, forward-looking approach with the ability to anticipate executive needs before they are explicitly raised.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and outside partners.
  • Comfort using AI tools to automate administrative work, summarize meeting transcripts, and draft executive communications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, Docs, and Slides; experience with Salesforce or project management tools is an advantage.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and the willingness to take on any task needed in a fast-paced startup environment.
