Role overview
This position is for an experienced legal word processor to support a busy international law firm in a fully remote setup. The role is designed for someone who can handle high-volume document work with accuracy, speed, and a professional approach.
What you will do
You will provide word processing support in a fast-paced law firm environment, helping prepare and manage legal documents while maintaining a high standard of precision and efficiency.
Qualifications and experience
- You should bring at least 5 years of word processing experience gained in a large law firm.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, including advanced-level capability.
- Experience using document management systems is expected.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Visio, DocXtools, and DocuSign will be considered an added advantage.
- You must be highly detail-oriented and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- A consistent employment history with proven job stability is essential.
Schedule
This is a Monday to Friday evening shift running from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Work arrangement
The opportunity is completely remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the United States.
