Role Overview

This position is for an ETL Test Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in ETL and data warehouse testing, along with strong practical experience in the TOSCA automation tool. The role focuses on validating data movement, accuracy, and transformations across systems while supporting automation and quality assurance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full-cycle ETL testing, including checking that data moves correctly from source to target.
• Build and run automated test scenarios for ETL processes using TOSCA.
• Check data correctness, completeness, and transformation logic with SQL queries.
• Handle functional testing, regression testing, and data quality validation.
• Log defects and work closely with data engineering teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in ETL or data testing.
• Practical knowledge of TOSCA automation.
• Strong command of SQL.
• Solid understanding of ETL workflows and data warehousing concepts.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to ETL platforms such as DataStage, Informatica, or Ab Initio will be an advantage.
