Role overview

As the Customer Success Manager for Iberia, you will be responsible for the post-sale journey of growers in Spain, Portugal, and LatAm. You will act as the main owner of customer outcomes, focusing on adoption, value realization, retention, and account growth.

This role is centered on working with sophisticated, high-volume producers in a market with strong operational complexity. You will need to understand their business deeply, show how the platform creates measurable impact, and develop partnerships that can evolve from a trial into a long-term relationship.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full post-sales journey for a group of commercial growers across Spain, Portugal, and LatAm, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion support.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key contacts at each account, ranging from operational leaders and agronomists to senior executives.
  • Track customer health proactively, drive positive outcomes, and step in early when issues appear instead of waiting for churn risk to emerge.
  • Encourage adoption of the platform’s main modules, including yield forecasting, sensing, and disease and pest detection.
  • Run regular business reviews and turn platform data into practical, clear recommendations for customers.
  • Spot opportunities to expand accounts and work closely with the commercial team to grow revenue.
  • Act as the internal representative of the customer by sharing structured, high-value feedback with product and engineering teams.
  • Travel to customer sites across Spain and Portugal roughly 20% to 30% of the time.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another premium client-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Native-level Spanish (C2) and strong English skills at roughly B2 to C1 level; Portuguese is an advantage.
  • A technically curious mindset and comfort working with data-rich software platforms.
  • Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage a customer portfolio as if it were your own business.
  • A proactive, organized approach and the ability to handle several accounts at once without missing key details.
  • Comfort working in a startup environment where processes are still evolving and you may help shape them.
  • Based in Spain and open to travel within the Iberian Peninsula for customer visits.
  • Experience in agri-tech, food production, or another technical industry is helpful but not mandatory.
