Role overview

Fab Nation is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager in Gurugram to take ownership of customer communications and support relationship building across teams.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and nurture customer relationships through clear, professional communication.
Develop and strengthen trust-based connections with customers.
Work closely with the sales team to identify and support upselling opportunities.
Manage all incoming and outgoing email communication with customers and the parent company.
Track follow-ups with internal teams to ensure timely responses and coordination.

Eligibility

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 3,60,000 to INR 5,40,000.
