Internal coordination: Work closely with production, logistics, and commercial teams to support daily schedules. Ensure smooth information flow from the plant coordinator and route the application engineer appropriately so planned activities are completed on time.
Credit control and collections: Ensure customers operate within approved credit limits and work with them to collect payments within the defined credit period. Obtain balance confirmations from clients every quarter.
Customer relationship building: Initiate customer engagement activities that create a positive experience and help build a strong rapport with clients.
