Role Overview
The company is looking for a highly imaginative and results-oriented Content Creator who can build, test, and refine marketing assets across several brands and both paid and organic channels. This position combines creative production with community engagement, with the goal of reflecting each brand’s voice and audience strategy in content that performs well. The role also uses AI tools to scale successful creative ideas across a multi-brand portfolio.
You should be deeply tuned in to customer language and operator needs, creating content that speaks to the real challenges faced by merchants and small business owners who want to grow and automate their businesses.
Creative Asset Production
- Create and publish 5 to 10 fresh ad creatives each week.
- Develop compelling hooks, messaging, and visual ideas tailored for paid channels such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Continuously build new creative variations to identify the best mix of message, format, and audience.
- Use AI-assisted tools to brainstorm, produce variants, and test ideas quickly while maintaining strong quality.
Vertical Video Production
- Produce and edit 3 to 5 vertical videos per week for performance-focused channels such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Design videos to capture attention immediately, especially in the first few seconds.
- Handle the full workflow from scripting and filming through editing and publishing.
Creative Testing and Optimization
- Run ongoing creative experiments across paid media platforms to improve campaign outcomes.
- Review performance data and make rapid refinements to improve efficiency and scale.
- Monitor creative results and convert findings into future content direction.
Organic Social Content
Social Publishing
- Oversee publishing across the company’s organic social channels.
Content and Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and other audience interactions to strengthen community engagement.
- Preserve a consistent brand tone while encouraging genuine interaction and audience growth.
- Develop relationships with operators, customers, and community members through authentic engagement.
Social Listening
- Track social platforms for trends, audience sentiment, and opportunities to create engaging content.
- Share insights that support both organic content planning and paid creative testing.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success creating and publishing content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms; school, personal, or informal channel experience is acceptable if it shows strong evidence of ability.
- Strong command of short-form video and vertical content formats.
- Solid understanding of virality, hooks, and audience behavior.
- Proven ability to produce content at volume and test ideas quickly.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, ideation, or workflow automation, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect experimentation to performance metrics.
- Video editing skills.
- Comfort appearing on camera and serving as the visible face of a brand.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output without constant supervision.
