Construction Project Manager

Role overview

Marcon is hiring an experienced and driven Project Manager to join its boutique project and development management consultancy in the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales. The firm works on a broad range of commercial projects, from $2M refurbishments through to premium developments valued at more than $200M.

This position offers the chance to take ownership of projects from early concept through to completion while contributing to a business that is shaping a fresh approach to project and development consultation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and keep communication flowing across all parties involved.
• Oversee projects through every stage, from kickoff to final handover.
• Control budgets, schedules, and quality standards throughout delivery.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep work moving smoothly.
• Handle contract administration and maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Lead issue resolution and ensure information is communicated clearly.
• Make sure all work aligns with Australian regulations and relevant standards.
• Develop and update project plans, risk logs, and progress reports.
