Concrete Pump Operator

Job summary

An established employer in Dubai is hiring a skilled Concrete Pump Operator who holds a valid UAE Driving License No. 4 and has at least 2 years of relevant UAE experience. The role involves safely running concrete pump equipment, moving it to different construction locations, and supporting pouring activities with efficiency and care.

Key responsibilities

• Operate concrete pumping machinery safely and effectively at construction sites.
• Drive the pump truck and move it to project sites whenever required.
• Position and prepare the pumping equipment before concrete placement begins.
• Keep an eye on pumping activity to make sure the concrete flows properly.
• Carry out regular checks and perform basic upkeep on both the pump and the vehicle.
• Identify small mechanical problems and escalate major faults without delay.
• Comply with site safety rules and follow company procedures at all times.
• Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and concrete suppliers during operations.
• Record daily operating details and vehicle inspection information.
• Keep the equipment clean and maintained in good working condition.

Requirements

• A valid UAE Driving License No. 4 for heavy vehicles is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of UAE experience working as a Concrete Pump Operator.
• Strong understanding of concrete pump equipment and routine maintenance.
• Knowledge of UAE construction site safety practices and standards.
• Ability to perform under pressure and coordinate well in a team setting.
• Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an added advantage.
• Must be physically fit and able to work on construction sites.

Compensation

The position offers a salary of AED 4,000 per month.
