Role overview

This role sits within Amazon’s Payment Risk Operations function, which helps keep the marketplace secure and reliable by reducing account takeover and fraud risks. It is part of the Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) organization, where the focus is to protect customer trust while maintaining a strong customer experience through a mix of technology and sound human judgment at scale.

The team is hiring a Real Time Analyst (RTA) to support workforce management activities. The position is responsible for monitoring live service levels and site performance throughout the day, making sure incoming email and non-email volumes are managed effectively, tracking agent performance, and publishing assignment adherence reports.

Basic qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in employee management and performance management.
• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, or at least 2 years of experience as an Amazon blue badge/FTE employee.

Preferred qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean methodologies.
