Internship Overview
Join Vahan Technologies as a Channel Development Intern in Bangalore and be part of a pioneering effort to build India's first AI-driven recruitment marketplace targeting the massive blue-collar workforce. The selected interns will play a vital role by leading the end-to-end process of identifying and nurturing potential leads, coordinating outreach activities, and ensuring quality execution of all assigned tasks, in a full-time, onsite capacity lasting three months.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lead discovery cycle by researching, validating, and building a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Organize daily outreach efforts including scheduling calls and meetings with prospects to maintain strong engagement and attendance.
- Keep precise, real-time records of lead status, funnel progress, and daily achievements.
- Work closely with the field supply team to facilitate prompt follow-ups and successful lead conversion.
- Recognize operational challenges in the field and take initiative to devise effective solutions.
- Provide actionable feedback on successful tactics and areas needing improvement to optimize acquisition efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of speed, accuracy, and quality throughout all tasks assigned.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
- Should be able to start between August 6, 2026, and September 10, 2026.
- Commitment to a three-month internship duration is required.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend of ₹15,000.
