What You’ll Do
- Reach out to potential prospects and assess leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Create new business opportunities by booking meetings for the broader sales organization.
- Set up sales presentations for Senior Account Executives.
- Use guidance from sales leadership and ongoing training to confidently arrange qualified appointments.
- Develop core sales capabilities that can open the door to greater responsibility and future ownership of a dedicated territory.
What We’re Looking For
- A curious, quick-learning mindset with a genuine interest in understanding products, members, and the industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with people across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent active listening skills to build understanding and establish rapport.
- Good planning and time management abilities, along with the confidence to work independently.
- Persistence and resilience when dealing with outreach, obstacles, and rejection.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to creating interest and solving problems.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or another professional environment is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Language Skills
German is especially valued because many clients operate in the DACH region. Candidates with another European language such as Dutch, French, Spanish, or Italian are also welcome. These language skills are preferred, not required.
Working Arrangement
This is an in-office role with four days per week onsite at a private office and meeting space in the WeWork building near Waterloo Station, London.
