Role overview
An international civil engineering consultancy in Dubai is looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager to strengthen its expanding team. This role is suited to someone with deep experience in winning business within the Architecture & Engineering Consultancy space and who is comfortable working in a global, fast-moving environment.
Candidate profile
- You should bring 10 to 13 years of relevant experience in business development.
- Hands-on exposure to the Architecture & Engineering Consultancy industry is required.
- Prior work with an international consultancy would be a strong advantage.
- Experience in a mid-sized architecture and/or engineering consultancy is considered ideal.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture is expected.
- You must be confident in building relationships, negotiating effectively, and managing clients.
- The ability to independently spot opportunities, drive them forward, and close new business is essential.
- Speaking more than one language will be an added plus.
