Role overview

This position is for a Business Development Executive based in Delhi. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and moving prospects through the sales cycle from first contact to final conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Find prospective customers through email outreach, LinkedIn-based networking, and phone calls.
• Follow up regularly to assess fit, keep leads engaged, and move them forward with tailored communication.
• Own the full sales journey, starting with lead generation and ending with closing the deal.
• Keep lead sheets, databases, and tracking tools current, accurate, and well organized.
• Create and run focused outreach plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transfer of leads and a proper onboarding flow.
• Monitor conversion data, review performance trends, and share reports to improve outcomes.
• Track market movements and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.

Eligibility
