Ela Greens is an innovative clean food platform dedicated to creating a decentralized, climate-resilient, and hyperlocal food ecosystem. By collaborating with local farmers, they produce premium hydroponic greens, microgreens, herbs, and vegetables free from pesticides, delivering them directly to consumers and businesses. This internship focuses on expanding their footprint in Delhi and Bengaluru through a blend of market research, lead generation, partnership building, and relationship management within both B2B and B2C domains. The selected associate will have a passion for market exploration, networking, spotting opportunities, and cultivating enduring partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive market research targeting Delhi and Bengaluru regions.
- Identify lucrative customer segments and emerging market opportunities.
- Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, product offerings, and distribution channels.
- Create and manage an organized prospects database.
- Engage with a variety of B2B clients including cafes, restaurants, hotels, premium cloud kitchens, corporate offices, and numerous others to establish business relations.
- Generate qualified leads, coordinate meetings, and assist in securing partnerships.
- Forge and nurture relationships with residential communities, gyms, yoga studios, sports clubs, corporate wellness programs, schools, and health influencers to develop B2C partnerships.

- Candidates must be available for full-time on-site internship.
