Business Analyst

Main purpose

The Business Analyst acts as the link between business requirements and technology-driven solutions. In this role, you will examine business challenges, define practical remedies, and help ensure the proposed solutions align with organizational needs. The position supports a range of projects and functions aimed at improving efficiency, strengthening profitability, and advancing strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Pinpoint business issues, break them down to their root causes, and evaluate how they affect the organization.
• Design and recommend workable solutions, weighing feasibility, cost, and expected business value.
• Collect, structure, and maintain business requirements in a clear and concise format.
• Keep business users, technical teams, and leadership aligned through regular and effective communication.
• Assist with solution rollout by tracking progress, identifying risks, and helping keep initiatives on schedule.
• Review current business processes, identify opportunities to improve them, and suggest changes that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
