Role Overview

In this position, you will take ownership of warehouse operations at the Dreieich site and also play an important role in logistics for data center locations. You will lead your team through a fast-moving workday with clarity, accountability, and a strong collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Your focus will be on the daily control of warehouse processes, team leadership, cross-functional coordination, performance analysis, and maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and process discipline.

• Manage the day-to-day flow of warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, and internal material movements, while also supporting data center logistics.
• Lead and develop the team through clear communication, regular feedback, and targeted support that strengthens ownership and collaboration.
• Act as the main warehouse contact for internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth coordination and reliable execution.
• Monitor relevant KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions through to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards, and actively support operations as a hands-on role model.

Requirements

This role calls for a solid logistics background, leadership capability, strong systems knowledge, and the ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented way.

• A completed degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a similar field; alternatively, a vocational qualification combined with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in an operational logistics environment, along with initial to well-developed leadership experience.
• Confident use of warehouse management systems such as SAP, plus strong command of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Very good German skills and good written and spoken English for communication in an international setting.
• A structured, solution-focused, and dependable working style, with strong team orientation and the ability to stay organized when priorities change.
• A valid Class B driving licence and willingness to work on Saturdays.
