About the Opportunity

This position offers the chance to join an established group of development and investment specialists and play a meaningful role in a fast-scaling organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong numerical thinking, confidence in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal colleagues and external partners.

You will become a trusted contributor within a driven, high-performance team working across strategic initiatives and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve financial models and valuation analyses used to evaluate possible transactions and investment opportunities.
• Support financing activities end to end, including due diligence, project coordination, data room administration, financial review, legal discussions, and preparation of supporting documents.
• Partner with Development and Finance teams to carry out detailed analysis of both new projects and existing portfolio assets.
• Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership, board members, investors, lenders, and joint venture partners.
• Contribute to commercial discussions around legal agreements related to transactions.
• Carry out market research and assess sector and asset valuations.
• Assist with business strategy work and the delivery of individual projects.
• Provide analytical support for commercial negotiations with strategic partners and customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for the Analyst level, or 3 years for the Associate level, in banking, finance, accounting, or real estate with exposure to investments or transactions.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
• Prior exposure to data centers, infrastructure, or real estate investment processes is desirable, though not essential.
• Strong quantitative ability and analytical thinking, with solid Microsoft Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling and investment appraisal, plus the ability to explain findings clearly to team members.
• Confident presentation skills and the capability to support strategic recommendations with clear reasoning.
• Interest in learning about digital infrastructure and its market dynamics.
• A flexible, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with comfort handling change.
• Excellent organization, structured thinking, and the ability to approach problems both logically and laterally.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and add value.
• Clear spoken and written English communication skills.
