A mission-focused organization is looking for a polished and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support an important department. This position is best suited to someone who is comfortable handling confidential information, keeping multiple workstreams on track, and contributing to meaningful internal initiatives. Key responsibilities
- Offer senior-level administrative assistance to department leadership by organizing priorities, managing calendars, handling communications, and supporting major initiatives.
- Oversee accreditation and compliance-related projects, making sure documents, due dates, and follow-up actions are completed smoothly.
- Safeguard confidential files, sensitive data, and internal communications with care and discretion.
- Draft and format reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials with a high level of accuracy.
- Work closely with internal teams, outside partners, consultants, and other stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, or office operations.
- Prior work involving confidential information in compliance, HR, legal, nonprofit, or a similar setting is preferred.
- Proven ability to coordinate projects, handle timelines, and carry processes through from beginning to end.
- Strong written communication skills, excellent organization, and careful attention to detail.
- A professional, discreet, and self-directed approach, along with sound judgment.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, databases, and document management tools.
