About the Internship

Sid's Farm is offering an HR internship for someone eager to begin a career in human resources. This role provides practical exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced environment, with a chance to build foundational skills while working closely with the HR team.

What You’ll Do

• Help with recruitment tasks such as publishing openings and shortlisting candidates.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
• Keep HR files organized and update employee details in internal systems.
• Support employee relations work, including helping resolve workplace concerns.
• Contribute to HR initiatives focused on engagement and employee development.
• Assist with performance reviews and related evaluation processes.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR function.

Who Can Apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 3rd Jul'26 and 7th Aug'26, and are available for the full 3-month period. Applicants should also have relevant skills and an interest in human resources.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 15,000.
