Data Science Internship

About the internship

This remote, part-time internship offers an opportunity to work on data science initiatives that support a social impact organization. You will use Python, SQL, data analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, artificial intelligence, and HTML to help turn data into practical insights and solutions.

What you will do

• Work with the data science team to examine and make sense of complex datasets.
• Build and apply machine learning models to address real-world challenges.
• Explore emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data science.
• Prepare charts, dashboards, and reports that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support the creation of AI-enabled solutions for initiatives with community impact.
• Join ideation sessions and contribute fresh ideas for upcoming projects.
• Use your data science knowledge to help strengthen the organization’s overall work.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 2 Jul 2026 and 6 Aug 2026, and can commit to a one-month duration. Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the field. Women looking to start or restart their careers may also apply. Freshers seeking opportunities are also welcome.

Stipend

The internship is unpaid.

About the organization

Queens Of Change Foundation is a government-registered women-led organization focused on improving dignity, equality, and opportunity for women and girls. The foundation works in underserved communities by distributing free sanitary pads each month, promoting menstrual health awareness, challenging stigma, and supporting education and skill-building so women can grow in confidence, independence, and economic stability.
