Role Overview

We are seeking a highly imaginative designer who can both conceive and build digital experiences. This role is not centered on content management or routine website administration. Instead, it calls for someone who can develop distinctive visual concepts, branding elements, and marketing materials, then turn those ideas into working experiences across WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, and Framer.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement websites using WordPress and Framer.
Develop original design ideas, page structures, and user journeys from initial brief to finished output.
Design a wide range of marketing and brand materials, including social media visuals, digital advertising, presentation decks, brochures, printed assets, event and exhibition collateral, and email marketing creatives.
Build landing pages and campaign microsites.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to turn business objectives into effective creative deliverables.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital and print touchpoints.
Improve website performance, mobile usability, search visibility, and conversion outcomes.

Required Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate should bring a strong portfolio that shows both graphic design and web design capabilities. Proven hands-on experience with website creation in WordPress and Framer is essential. Advanced ability in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is required. The role also calls for strong command of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication, along with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is expected, as is the ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a designer who enjoys making original work rather than simply maintaining existing websites. The right person will be able to shape a visual identity, produce marketing materials, design website concepts, and independently build them using modern web tools.
