Role Overview

This position is based at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. What the Role Involves

As a Villa Host, you will be responsible for delivering a highly personalized guest experience that is efficient, attentive, and proactive. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, maintaining strong attention to detail, and ensuring guests receive service that goes beyond expectations.

You will also take full ownership of the villas assigned to you, with responsibility for supervising, guiding, assisting, and making sure each villa remains clean and well maintained. The position plays an important part in upholding the property’s professional service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English fluency is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Butler or Villa Host, ideally in a comparable high-end hotel.
• Warm, approachable, and guest-friendly personality.
• Self-driven, practical, and comfortable working without close supervision.
• Confident judgment and solid decision-making ability.
