Role overview
Apple Retail brings together the full Apple experience in store, combining product knowledge, service, and team collaboration to help customers do what they love. As a Store Manager, you will guide, coach, and strengthen a retail team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. A key part of the role is staying actively involved on the shop floor, working with team members and customers to meet performance targets and broader business priorities.
You will also be accountable for improving results in the functional areas assigned to you, while working closely with colleagues to carry out store strategy and support Apple’s overall objectives.
What the role involves
- Lead and develop team members so they can grow, improve, and achieve both performance and development goals.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, development, and retention efforts for a diverse and high-performing team.
- Take an active role in floor leadership by engaging with customers and staff across the store, setting the standard for service and execution.
- Handle customer and employee issues or escalations, and coordinate with store leadership and relevant business or people partners when needed.
- Plan and deliver operational actions that help the store meet business priorities and performance objectives.
- Follow company policies and procedures, and safeguard all company property and sensitive information, including business, customer, employee, and financial data.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
- Help maintain an inclusive workplace by respecting differences and showing curiosity about other perspectives.

Minimum qualifications
- Be available to work according to business requirements, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, and be able to attend work reliably in line with local laws and any approved accommodations.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English; sign language support is available.
- Have prior experience leading others in retail, sales, or a similar field.
