About the Role

Sangamam Communications Private Limited is looking for energetic people to join its telecalling team. This position is a good starting point for freshers who want to build practical communication abilities while supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do

Make outgoing calls to prospective customers or clients using the provided scripts or key discussion points.
Present details about products or services in a convincing manner to create interest and potential leads.
Answer questions and share information related to products, services, or current offers.
Update call logs and customer information carefully in the database.
Track leads and, when needed, arrange appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Work in line with call scripts, internal procedures, and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum qualification of higher secondary school or an equivalent level of education.
Clear spoken communication and a polite, professional telephone presence.
Comfort in engaging with people over the phone.
Basic computer skills for handling databases and entering call details.
A willingness to learn and grow in the telecalling field.

Preferred Experience

Any prior background in customer service or telemarketing will be helpful, though it is not compulsory.
Exposure to CRM tools or call center software would be an added advantage.
