Role Overview

This position is based in Faisalabad and reports directly to the hiring structure with no direct reports. The Talent Acquisition Partner will shape current and future hiring pipelines, own the end-to-end delivery of strong candidates, and ensure recruitment activities stay aligned with agreed processes, systems, and performance measures. Acting as a champion for the employer brand, this person will also focus on creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers while building trusted relationships with HR and business leaders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including writing engaging job descriptions, defining sourcing plans, posting vacancies, networking with passive candidates, coordinating with external recruiters, designing interview approaches, collecting interviewer feedback, running debrief discussions, supporting offer negotiations, completing pre-employment checks, and managing preboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and attract strong talent for open roles. Address issues early through clear communication, strong service orientation, expectation management, and ongoing upskilling. Keep up with hiring market shifts and competitive trends and advise managers and HR accordingly.
  • Grow and maintain candidate pipelines by using social media, career fairs, conference events, and other sourcing tools to reach active and passive talent. Build trust with both internal and external candidates while representing the employer brand effectively, and help managers and HR partners do the same.
  • Maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system, ensure consistent use and updating of ATS records, and support compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Work with preferred recruitment agencies when roles are difficult to fill or when hiring volumes are high, while keeping cost-to-hire in mind. Review and manage supplier relationships and help sustain a strong Preferred Supplier List at a controlled cost.
  • Take part in and help lead improvement initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, candidate experience, and the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Strong experience in an independent, senior-level recruitment position.
  • Proven background in full-cycle hiring, ideally across both agency and in-house environments.
  • Experience recruiting for professional and managerial roles.
  • Hands-on ability with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social networks, and other sourcing tools for candidate search and talent pooling.
  • Solid stakeholder management experience in a multinational organization.
  • Preferred: experience using an ATS.
  • Preferred: recruitment exposure in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
  • Preferred: familiarity with the food industry.
  • Preferred: regional or multi-country hiring exposure.
  • Preferred: experience working in matrixed organizations or project-based teams.
  • Strong ability to influence internal stakeholders while serving internal clients.
  • High energy with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
