What the role involves

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the Queenstown store, guiding the team to deliver strong customer service and commercial results. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance sales delivery, operational discipline, and team development.

• Lead daily store operations and ensure the team delivers a strong customer experience
• Drive performance against sales, wage, and productivity targets
• Monitor key retail measures such as UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage, and mystery shop results
• Recruit, coach, motivate, and retain team members
• Oversee stock control and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
• Spot business opportunities and act on them with an entrepreneurial approach
• Maintain excellent personal grooming and professional presentation

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will bring prior leadership experience from retail apparel or customer service, along with strong people-management skills and a commercial mindset. A positive, energetic personality and a genuine, authentic approach are important for success in this role.
