Role Overview
Panda Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced leader to oversee a single store in Spring Valley, California. In this role, you will guide store operations, lead associates, support business performance, and help ensure that guests receive an excellent dining experience. The company also emphasizes leadership growth through paid training, mentorship, and ongoing development.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for running one store end to end. That includes recruiting, supervising, and directing associates, while keeping an eye on financial objectives and service quality. The success of the location will depend on your ability to balance people leadership, operations, and guest satisfaction.
To set you up for success, the organization provides a store leadership training program lasting 8 or more weeks.

Requirements
- High school diploma is required
- Willingness to work at a store located within a 50-mile radius
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Serve Safe food safety certification
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The work setting can be demanding: counter areas may be hot, steam and food vapors are common, and the workspace is limited. The role involves standing for long periods, preparing both hot and cold food items, and using a Chinese chef knife along with other kitchen tools. Speed and accuracy are important, and the job may require lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching across 36-inch countertops, and standing for up to four hours at a time. Kitchens may be noisy and warm, storage areas are tight, shelving may be high, and the job requires comfort in a fast-moving environment. Strong verbal communication, adaptability, and the ability to handle conflict and shifting priorities are important.

Compensation Notes
The posted pay range is $30 to $33 per hour. Actual pay within that range is influenced by factors such as work location and experience. Bonus programs are not guaranteed and may be modified or ended at the company’s discretion without advance notice.
