About the organisation

Mindora Child Development Center is a child-focused, multidisciplinary therapy centre that supports children in reaching their developmental potential through proven interventions and caring, individualized support.

The centre offers speech therapy, occupational therapy, behaviour therapy, and special education. Its primary experience is with children on the autism spectrum and those with ADHD, as well as children facing developmental delays, speech and language concerns, sensory processing difficulties, learning challenges, and behavioural issues.

The goal is to build a nurturing, child-friendly setting where each child receives tailored support to strengthen communication, learning, independence, and overall well-being.

Work schedule

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Role overview

The Speech and Language Therapist will assess, plan, and deliver therapy for children with communication-related needs while working closely with the wider clinical team to ensure coordinated care.

Responsibilities

• Work in coordination with the multidisciplinary team to build and follow patient care plans.
• Carry out speech and language evaluations using standard assessment tools.
• Create individualized therapy plans for children with communication difficulties.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline.

Compensation

The offered pay is INR 50,000 to INR 60,000 per month.
