Specialist, Global Client Management

About the Role

BNY is looking for a Specialist in Global Client Management to support its EMEA Growth team in Dublin, Ireland. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with senior leaders, including the Country Manager and EMEA leadership, to prepare updates, talking points, and coordination materials for key stakeholders.
• Translate client and segment research into practical insights that identify trends, opportunities, and actions that support go-to-market activity and stronger strategic relationships.
• Partner with product, coverage, and regional teams to develop high-quality proposals and supporting materials that are accurate, customized, and suitable for senior client discussions.
• Maintain clean CRM and pipeline records, generate concise reporting, and highlight risks or dependencies early so the team can stay on schedule.
• Prepare clear meeting briefs and agendas, gather materials quickly, and ensure follow-through so internal teams remain aligned across regions and platforms.
• Draft client-facing communications and status updates that keep stakeholders informed, remove blockers, and move workstreams forward.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of experience in client service, sales support, business development, or a similar role in financial services. The role calls for someone who is commercially aware, analytically minded, and comfortable turning client needs and market signals into actionable next steps. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills are important, along with the ability to stay organized, prioritize well, and work effectively in a fast-moving global setting.
