About Grafana Labs
Grafana Labs builds an open observability cloud grounded in open source, open standards, open ecosystems, and open culture. Its Grafana Cloud platform is a managed observability solution designed to scale, helping organizations make sense of distributed data and respond faster with the aid of useful AI. The company serves more than 35 million users and over 7,000 customers, including Anthropic, Bloomberg, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Salesforce, and operates as a fully remote organization with 1,600+ people across 40+ countries.
This role is open to candidates in the UK and is fully remote. Grafana Labs emphasizes transparency, autonomy, trust, and collaborative work across a globally distributed team.
About the Role
As Senior Product Manager for Performance Testing, you will shape the experience for Grafana Cloud k6, the company’s performance testing offering built on the k6 open-source project. You will define how users create, run, and act on performance tests throughout the software delivery lifecycle, with the goal of making Grafana Cloud k6 the preferred choice for teams moving away from legacy tools and adopting shift-left testing.
The product area spans both Grafana Cloud k6, which executes tests at scale from 21 global locations, and k6 OSS, the open-source CLI that supports developer confidence and community growth. You will also guide how test outcomes connect with Grafana Cloud metrics, logs, and traces so that failures can be traced back to specific causes quickly. The role extends across different testing modes such as protocol, browser, and mobile, while ensuring the experience is cohesive, opinionated, and commercially compelling.
You will work across R&D to make Performance Testing part of the wider Grafana Cloud suite, including connections with the Knowledge Graph and core products such as Application Observability and Kubernetes Monitoring. This enables customers to move smoothly from pre-production validation to production monitoring.

What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 7 years of product management experience.
- At least 5 years of experience working on a B2B SaaS product.

- Experience promoting shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams.
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to ship well-designed products and features in a fast-moving environment.
