Role Summary
In this position, you will draw on your retail knowledge to guide pet parents toward the right nutrition and other products for their animals. You will join a team of enthusiastic pet specialists and help create a positive customer experience every day.

Key Duties
- Handle cashiering and customer sales at the register.
- Complete merchandise orders, banking tasks, and other routine paperwork.
- Stock small products, such as pet and household items, in the sales floor area; these items may weigh under 10 lbs.
- Carry out general store upkeep, including sweeping and dusting.
- Help unload delivery trucks and move cases and bags of pet food and supplies into inventory; some items may weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Take on additional related tasks as needed.
What You Need
- Prior experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- A warm, outgoing personality and solid customer service abilities.
- The physical capability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- The flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet attendance needs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store.
