About the Location
The role is based in Victoria, Seychelles, in a tropical setting known for its scenic hideaway atmosphere. The property sits along a granite hillside with ocean breezes, tree-house villas, private pools, and views over Petite Anse bay. Guests can enjoy the beach, spa, and sunset dining in a peaceful island environment.
Role Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms to the property’s standards, ensuring every room is clean, stocked, and ready for arrival or continued stay. The position requires attention to detail, consistency, and a professional approach to guest-room upkeep.
Key Duties
- Handle an assigned set of guest rooms within the shift and complete the cleaning work for each room.
- Remove used towels and bed linens, and replace them with fresh supplies from the linen closet.
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all guest-room areas, including the bedroom, living room, dining area, and bathroom, following established procedures.
- Make beds and ensure the room is properly arranged.
- Vacuum carpets and clean marble and tiled surfaces.
- Clear room-service trays, dishes, and carts and move them to the designated service landing areas.
- Refill guest amenities such as shampoo, lotion, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
- Follow Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules, as well as the standards of conduct outlined in EmPact.
- Maintain a cooperative, professional working relationship with supervisors and fellow team members.
