Role Overview
This part-time store role is based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. The position focuses on delivering excellent in-store service, supporting sales performance, and helping maintain a well-run retail environment aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently strong customer experience in line with PUMA’s service expectations and brand values.
- Help drive store performance by contributing to sales goals, KPI achievement, and profitability targets.
- Handle checkout transactions accurately, efficiently, and securely.
- Keep the store tidy and organized, while following visual merchandising standards set by PUMA.
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of merchandise as needed.
- Follow company policies, procedures, operational requirements, and core accountability standards.
- Support a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for both shoppers and employees.
- Be available for non-standard shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may also be required.

Experience and Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail setting, ideally in apparel or footwear.

- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly base pay range for this role is CAD 17.60 to CAD 20.60, plus benefits. Pay can differ based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. A part-time benefits summary is referenced for this position.
