Role Overview
The Registrations Department is hiring a Registration Coordinator focused on billing and invoicing for training programmes. Based in Dubai Media City, Dubai, UAE, this role acts as the central contact for registered participants and helps ensure the full registration journey is handled smoothly, from sign-up through programme completion. The position calls for someone highly organized, service-minded, and ideally familiar with finance or accounting processes.
Work Location and Interview
This is an on-site role in Dubai Media City, Dubai, UAE. The interview will be conducted face to face in Dubai Media City, near the Dubai Internet City Metro Station.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for registered participants and respond to questions or concerns in a prompt, courteous manner.
- Oversee the full registration workflow while making sure participant records remain complete and accurate.
- Keep the ERP platform updated with correct participant details and related financial entries.
- Create invoices and handle payment processing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Track participant payments and monitor any outstanding amounts.
- Work with internal teams to fix registration issues or billing mismatches.
- Prepare periodic reports on registration activity and financial position for management review.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should bring strong customer service experience, a professional approach, and solid attention to detail. A background in finance or accounting is preferred, along with the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-focused environment.
Tools and Technical Exposure
Experience using ERP systems is important, as is comfort with data entry, record management, and reconciliation tasks. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is also valued, and exposure to financial software or databases will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are required.
- The ability to explain detailed information clearly and concisely is important.
- Strong analytical ability and the capacity to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively are necessary.
- Good time management and prioritization skills are needed to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
