Quality Inspector

Role Overview

TC Services LLC is hiring a Quality Inspector in Greenville, South Carolina to support its commercial cleaning operations. The position focuses on protecting service quality, keeping customer sites running smoothly, and ensuring client satisfaction remains high.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Strong troubleshooting ability and a commitment to consistent cleanliness standards are important for success.

The role includes daily use of a company vehicle and company gas card while conducting inspections.

Schedule and Compensation

• Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• The expected workload is 35 to 40 hours each week.
• Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $19, depending on experience.
• Pay is issued weekly.
• The position is based out of Greenville, SC, with a home office setup.

Key Duties

• Carry out monthly inspections at assigned customer sites and prepare detailed inspection documentation.
• Stay in regular contact with customers and follow up to preserve strong working relationships.
• Spot opportunities for additional services based on site conditions and client needs.
• Support the onboarding of new accounts by joining walkthroughs, helping with site setup, and completing initial inspections.
• Check employee training records and confirm that cleaning work meets company expectations.
• Track compliance with customer requirements and internal quality standards.
• Share inspection findings, customer comments, and quality data in weekly meetings.
• Provide assistance to customers using Cleantelligent software when needed.
• Look after assigned equipment, vehicles, and electronic devices.
• Travel across assigned territories, including overnight trips when necessary.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Candidates must be able to pass both a drug test and a background screening.
• Applicants should be prepared to travel long distances.
• Completion of the E-Verify process is required.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Applicants must be able to walk long distances without difficulty.
