Role Overview

KAYRA DESIGN STUDIO is looking for a Purchase Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to lead procurement activities for interior and fit-out projects. The role focuses on sourcing the right materials, furniture, and finishes while keeping costs controlled and delivery timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities

Create and run purchasing plans for project materials, furnishings, and finish items.
Source dependable suppliers from both local and overseas markets and negotiate favorable terms.
Make sure materials arrive on time and stay within approved budgets.
Manage the supplier database and nurture long-term relationships with vendors.
Track market movements and identify opportunities to reduce costs.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
At least 5 years of procurement experience within interiors or fit-out projects.
Strong ability to negotiate and manage vendors effectively.
Working knowledge of import/export processes, customs clearance, and procurement practices in the UAE.

In addition to salary, attractive commissions are offered based on cost savings and supplier performance.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Dubai.
