Project Lead/Architect

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to join a team focused on premium residential work in Rushcutters Bay, New South Wales. The role is centred on managing the delivery of a portfolio of projects across high-end single residences.

What you will do

• Take ownership of project delivery across multiple residential assignments.
• Work on high-end single residential projects with a strong focus on quality and detail.
• Coordinate all project stakeholders and support overall project team management.
• Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with clients.
• Prepare documentation and design outputs in line with Australian residential compliance requirements, including DCP, LEP, and NCC.
• Use Revit for documentation and modelling work.

Experience and qualifications

• A proven background in delivering high-end single residential projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Solid understanding of the Australian compliance framework for residential work, including DCP, LEP, and NCC.
• Confident coordination skills for managing stakeholders and collaborating with project teams.
• Advanced documentation and modelling capability in Revit.
• A Master’s degree in Architecture.
