Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will join the Project Management & Implementation team to organize, track, and support project requirements, timelines, and deliverables so customer expectations are met within the available budget and resources. This role also contributes to product and service development while keeping work aligned with project goals and standards. In some cases, the coordinator will step in for the Project Manager and take ownership of smaller projects, specific phases, or program elements. The position involves close coordination with specialists, clients, and vendors to manage risks, solve issues, and ensure high-quality delivery on schedule and within cost limits.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project contracts, budgets, staffing, and schedules to support successful delivery within the planned time and cost targets.
- Track project progress, spot potential risks early, and put mitigation actions in place while escalating issues when needed.
- Keep project records up to date, including plans, reports, schedules, budgets, and cost-control documentation.
- Handle procurement-related activities, contract administration, financial records, and other project documentation.
- Organize project meetings, share status updates with stakeholders, and prepare clear presentations.
- Document lessons learned, highlighting both effective practices and opportunities for improvement.
- Support change control by coordinating updates to schedule, scope, cost, and deliverables.
- Help ensure resources are used efficiently and working conditions remain effective and cost-conscious.
- Assist with business development efforts and manage smaller projects under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Follow company policies, reporting standards, quality requirements, and HSE rules while contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or onsite roles.
- Hands-on proficiency with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with stakeholder and interpersonal management ability.
- Solid organizational skills, the ability to multitask, strong analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving.
- Proven leadership, accurate documentation management, attention to detail, and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is a full-time onsite position.
