Offshore Baker (m/f/d)

About the Role

Good Food And More GmbH is an experienced offshore catering company that supplies premium meals and food service beyond the mainland. They are currently looking for an Offshore Baker (m/f/d) for an offshore installation in the North Sea, starting immediately.

The role offers a setting built on trust, personal responsibility, fairness, and room to apply and further develop your skills. You will join a team focused on preparing fresh, high-quality baked goods and food products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the workplace and materials before production begins.
• Carry out baking tasks for different items.
• Handle raw and finished dough mixtures.
• Mix and prepare dough.
• Bake bread rolls and other baked goods.
• Prepare cakes and similar pastries.
• Support the food service team during meal distribution when needed.

Requirements

• Completed training as a baker.
• By the time the job offer is confirmed, the following must be obtained or completed: occupational medical examination (OGUK), health certificate, BOSIET safety training, and a police clearance certificate.

Working Time and Rotation

The position follows a 14 days offshore / 14 days off rotation, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule and sufficient recovery time.
