Soul Foods Group is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join its Toronto corporate office team in North York, Ontario, in a hybrid work setup near Yonge & Sheppard. What you will handle

  • Support the execution of national marketing calendars across assigned brands.
  • Coordinate campaign materials such as POP orders, menu updates, signage, vendor follow-up, and store communications.
  • Assist with direct mail activity in both digital and print formats, along with brand-specific promotions and local store marketing initiatives.
  • Help plan and support marketing for new restaurant openings and major renovations, including launch planning, local store marketing plans, and reporting.
  • Take care of administrative work such as document organization, invoice processing, report tracking, and file maintenance.
  • Collect, organize, and present data related to sales patterns, key performance indicators, limited-time offers, and channel performance.
  • Maintain databases and keep reports filed and tracked properly.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with delivery aggregator partners including Uber Eats, DoorDash, and SkipTheDishes.
  • Help build and roll out brand-specific aggregator calendars and promotional offers.
  • Monitor aggregator performance and refund activity.
  • Support corporate storytelling on the website and LinkedIn.
  • Assist with local community partnerships and sponsorship activities.
