About the role
Capgemini is looking for a Market Intelligence professional to support research and insight generation across Financial Services, with a particular emphasis on Wealth Management. The role is centered on producing high-quality, business-relevant thought leadership for a global audience while partnering with subject matter experts, industry leaders, and alliance teams.
What you will do
- Run research assignments end to end for Financial Services topics, especially within Wealth Management.
- Work with internal experts, external executives, FinTech and InsurTech stakeholders, and alliance partners to build recognized thought leadership.
- Gather, examine, and interpret complex information from interviews, surveys, and market studies to surface trends and practical insights.
- Prepare client-ready thought leadership assets such as whitepapers, point-of-views, blogs, and research reports for international audiences.
- Turn complicated financial ideas into clear narratives using presentations, business writing, and data visualization.
- Track changes in regulation, technology, and innovation across Wealth Management, Banking, Payments, and Insurance.
- Help build organizational knowledge by contributing best practices and sector or account analysis.
- Use generative AI and analytics platforms to improve research quality, strengthen insights, and support innovation.
- Partner with teams across functions to deliver polished outputs that align with business priorities.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Financial Services, ideally with exposure to Wealth Management.
- Solid background in thought leadership, research, and business writing, including whitepapers, point-of-views, and reports.
- Strong ability to research, analyze data, and communicate findings in a clear and structured way.
- Good command of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Comfort in engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting insights with confidence.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to simplify complex topics and make them impactful.
- Exposure to AI tools, BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, or analytics techniques will be an advantage.
- A critical, proactive, collaborative, and quality-focused approach to work.
