- Take ownership of the national revenue target and maintain reliable forecasting, pipeline oversight, and performance tracking across every region.
- Convert national commercial priorities into clear territory action plans with strong alignment and accountability across a dispersed team.
- Run recurring pipeline reviews, coaching conversations, and performance check-ins to improve execution and remove obstacles.
- Hire, onboard, and keep top-performing sales professionals who are aligned with the mission and a culture of accountability.
- Work with senior leadership to refine go-to-market direction and support long-term revenue planning.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Implementation teams to keep the customer journey aligned end to end.
- Track market shifts, funding changes, and policy developments to guide strategy and territory focus.

- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and disciplined pipeline management to enable accurate forecasting and data-led decisions.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in K-12 education, edtech, or nonprofit environments.
- Demonstrated success leading distributed or multi-territory sales teams made up of individual contributors.
- A strong record of consistently hitting or surpassing revenue goals in complex sales settings.
- Solid command of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, opportunity development, negotiation, and closing.
- Experience developing and coaching high-performing sales professionals in a structured, results-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret pipeline data and turn insights into practical strategy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence internal teams and outside stakeholders.
- Exposure to K-12 education systems, such as teaching, administration, or district leadership, is strongly preferred.
- The ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution support and coaching across multiple priorities.
- Strong planning and organizational skills in a fast-moving environment.
