  • Spot control and risk gaps, then recommend corrective actions to reduce exposure through investigation and audit activities.
  • Represent the organisation in personnel hearings, mediations, and meetings with key outside stakeholders to help reduce conflict and de-escalate issues.
  • Assess legal and government reporting obligations that affect HR, and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting remain compliant.
  • Carry out additional department-related duties as assigned by the team lead.
