Role summary
This position is responsible for taking leads generated by VRM agents through the full conversion journey and helping improve business growth across the relevant lines of business. The role also focuses on managing cases that get delayed in the fulfilment workflow and coordinating with internal teams to speed up login-to-issuance or disbursement outcomes.
About the organization
ABC Digital was set up in 2023 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Capital. It supports distribution of Aditya Birla Capital products and offers customer services through digital channels, including web services, e-commerce, payment facilities, and related activities.
The company is building an omni-channel D2C platform through a website and app to acquire new customers and support existing ones in a seamless way. It is also developing virtual engagement capabilities through inbound and outbound calling. ABC Digital works with ABCL subsidiaries to create a personalized omni-channel experience by investing in talent, technology, marketing, and data analytics.
What the role involves
- Handle the complete conversion process for leads generated by VRM agents.
- Improve the fulfilment journey with a strong focus on reducing turnaround time from login to issuance or disbursement.
- Work closely with the relevant lines of business to understand their needs and operational challenges.
- Spot bottlenecks in the process and implement practical fixes to improve flow and speed.
- Coordinate across stakeholders, functions, and business teams to support smoother operations.
Performance focus
- Be accountable for the fulfilment productivity and performance of Sales VRM.
- Support better disbursement and issuance turnaround time.
- Drive complete lead conversion in line with business targets.
- Track business operations end to end and ensure process efficiency across the journey.
- Adopt better methods and working practices to improve operational effectiveness and business contribution.
- Maintain effective coordination with all relevant LOBs to resolve issues and support growth.
Expected working style
- Communicate clearly about financial awareness, product features, and the differentiators of the ABC product suite.
- Work comfortably in uncertain or less-defined situations without needing constant supervision.
- Show discipline, commitment, and adherence to company ethics and policies.
